The Dancing Robot Waiter

Some of my PhD research has been focused on the waiter's problem, which requires a robot to transport objects from one location to another while keeping them balanced on a tray and avoiding obstacles (check out a video here). The dream is something like:

However, more recently, additional research efforts have yielded a new breakthrough: the dancing robot waiter.
